Shipping policy


The following are the terms and conditions that formulate AWESIZE Shipping Policy.

Handling/Order Processing Time (1 - 3 Business Days)

We ship directly from multiple local and international warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

The standard Handling or Order Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days.

In rare events, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our customer service team will contact you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time (1 - 3 weeks)

Most of our customers receive their items between 1-2 weeks, however, consider below shipping timeframe before placing order -

Estimated Shipping Time (Australia): 1-3 weeks

Estimated International Shipping Time (Outside Australia): 2-4 weeks

Note that all shipping times are estimated based on previous successful delivery. Some regional area (including WA & NT) may take additional time to arrive. Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). Shipping carrier delay occasionally occur which is out of Seller's control.

Express Shipping

Currently, we do not offer an Express Shipping option. If you need your order by a specific date, please review the estimated delivery timeframe above before placing your order.

Shipping Rate & Free Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING (AU & International) for any order over $77. Order below $77 will cost flat shipping rate $9.99.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Status & Order Tracking

A tracking number will appear on your order details once your package has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use for tracking your package via Order Tracking Page

Important message about the worldwide COVID-19 situation:

On behalf of everyone at AWESIZE, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. As always we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, and customers. We are a small family-owned business and we are shipping orders normally. Please be assured that as individuals we are all practicing social distancing, frequently washing our hands, frequently sanitizing our equipment, and making sure the products we ship are clean and safe.

Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there may sometimes be delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – but if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AWESIZE strives to avoid this, however, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive items as damaged/broken, please take a picture and email us stating your concern at hithere@awesize.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the respective item(s)/order(s).
